Towering more than a mile above the valley known as Jackson Hole, the Grand Teton rises to 13,770 feet above sea level. Grand Teton National Park and the John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Memorial Parkway offer a variety of activities such as traditional mountain hiking, wildlife viewing, photography, climbing, swimming, boating, floating, canoeing, fishing, and biking. In addition to grand mountain vistas, the Tetons host some of the best wildlife hideouts from birds to bison.
This area has superior wildlife viewing opportunities, especially early or late in the day. Expect to see a variety of waterfowl, moose, deer, elk, bison, and birds of all kinds. There is also unique shopping, excellent dining, and luxurious spa experiences to be had here.
PARK ENTRY FEES: $35 per private vehicle; $30 for a motorcycle; or $20 for each visitor 16 years and older entering by foot, bicycle, ski, etc. These fees provide the visitor with a 7-day entrance permit for Grand Teton National Park and the John D. Guests can unwind in the expansive courtyard, home to a large heated pool and two oversized hot tubs surrounded by sun loungers, shade umbrellas, and mountain views. Evenings are best spent around the communal firepits, swapping stories, sipping wine, or toasting s’mores beneath the stars.
Dining at The Virginian is all about comfort and charm. Start your morning with a hearty country‑style breakfast, grab a bite at the nostalgic burger counter, or settle into the convivial Saloon for classic fare and curated beverages. The unique lobby invites guests to linger with locally roasted coffee, organic tea, and artisan hot cocoa. Browse the Virginian mercantile for cheeky Western‑inspired gear or flip through an original nineteenth‑century novel for a touch of local history.
Guest rooms are cozy, stylish, and infused with Western grit. Each features custom furnishings, Pendleton wool blankets, a mini‑fridge, coffee/tea maker, safe, alarm clock, iron/board, hair dryer, and other thoughtful touches to ensure a comfortable stay.

Group room rates are per night and are subject to 12% tax, and a nightly amenity fee of $25 plus tax per room, per night. Nightly amenity fee includes: Pool and hot tub access, courtyard firepits, high speed wireless internet access (excludes meeting rooms), in room premium coffee/tea maker, and more. Tax rate and amenity fee inclusions subject to change without notice.
PARKING: Parking is complimentary for hotel guests; parking passes will be provided at check-in. For non-guests, day parking is complimentary; no overnight parking is allowed for non hotel guests. Parking fees subject to change.
Space is limited in our group room block. Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate. Room rates per night unless otherwise noted. Early departure, late check out and no show fees may apply. Please review your reservation for accuracy. All rooms are non-smoking. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside 45 days of arrival as well as no-shows or early departures will be charged for entire reserved stay plus tax. Physician Maintenance of Certification (MOC): Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 20 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM), American Board of Pathology (ABPath), American Board of Pediatrics (ABP – only when applicable to individual program), American Board of Surgery (ABS), and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery (ABTS) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) programs. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting MOC credit.

Objectives
Improve knowledge, competence, and utilization of the most recent evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
Improve knowledge, skills, and strategies in the timely diagnosis and management of patients with complex comorbidities, emergency medical conditions, and less common conditions.
Increase knowledge of newer pharmacologic agents, thereby improving competence in medication management via anticipation of potential polypharmacy interactions and improved ability to provide sedation in the emergency department.
Increase ability to anticipate, prevent, and manage complications and emergency medical conditions, leading to improved patient outcomes and reduced morbidity and mortality rates.
Strengthen and augment ability to apply and interpret diagnostic testing/imaging used in the emergency department.
Enhance ability to analyze complex situations from an ethical and legal perspective, protecting both patients and healthcare providers.
Refine and strengthen competence in assessing and managing trauma patients, including timely assessment, prioritization of interventions, and coordination of multidisciplinary care.
Improve confidence in ability to perform procedural skills, enhancing patient comfort and providing optimal quality of care.

$100 April 8th, 2027 to May 8th, 2027. No refund after May 8th, 2027; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another NWAS program within the next 12 months.
