The 745 square-foot Encore Resort Room offers one king or two queen pillow-top Wynn Dream Beds and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room offers a 55” HDTV on a swivel to be enjoyed from the bedroom or living room, an elegant sofa and a minibar. The bathroom features an oversized marble tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, dual sinks, separate water closet, terrycloth bathrobes, and much more. Reservation holder must be at least 21 years of age and all guests will be required to show a valid government issued ID upon check-in. Like most hotels, the Encore requires a pre-authorization of $150 for each night’s stay to cover incidentals upon check-in. Should a guest not provide a credit card, the Resort will require a cash deposit of $300 per night for incidentals at the time of check-in. Please note that if a guest uses a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from the attendee’s bank account. The funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in.

PARKING: Self-parking is complimentary for hotel guests. Valet Parking $40/day. The daily self-parking fee for non-registered guests is $25 per day with the first three (3) hours complimentary. Prices may be higher during special events. Parking fees subject to change without notice.

Objectives

Improve knowledge, competence, and utilization of the most recent evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
Improve knowledge, skills, and strategies in the timely diagnosis and management of patients with complex comorbidities, emergency medical conditions, and less common conditions.
Increase knowledge of newer pharmacologic agents, thereby improving competence in medication management via anticipation of potential polypharmacy interactions and improved ability to provide sedation in the emergency department.
Increase ability to anticipate, prevent, and manage complications and emergency medical conditions, leading to improved patient outcomes and reduced morbidity and mortality rates.
Strengthen and augment ability to apply and interpret diagnostic testing/imaging used in the emergency department.
Enhance ability to analyze complex situations from an ethical and legal perspective, protecting both patients and healthcare providers.
Refine and strengthen competence in assessing and managing trauma patients, including timely assessment, prioritization of interventions, and coordination of multidisciplinary care.
Improve confidence in ability to perform procedural skills, enhancing patient comfort and providing optimal quality of care.
