Ski Ambassadors from the Concierge/Guest Services team will also be available to provide personal guidance to make sure you get to where you need to be and to make the most of your ski experience. Luxurious Tahoe rooms are approximately 500 sqft. and offer 1 King or 2 Queen beds (based on availability) plus premium linens, Keurig coffee maker, robes, slippers, mini-refrigerator, bathroom with separate shower and more. Cancellations of room reservations accepted by hotel until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received by the hotel inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit 1 night's stay plus tax. Reductions in the length of stay at time of check-in are subject to an Early Departure fee. No-shows will be charged a penalty for 1 night's stay plus tax. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you may be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax. Factors beyond our control sometimes necessitate changes in the schedule and faculty. If time permits, we will inform all registrants of any changes prior to the program. Changes on site due to local conditions will be announced in class.
