PARKING: For hotel parking, all vehicles are subject to an approximate self-parking fee of $35 per car, per night or valet parking of $65 per night; (in/out privileges for registered hotel guests only). Parking fees subject to change without notice.
Space is limited in our group room block.
Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.
A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

**A reminder: Our physical meeting room has been moved from Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel to the neighboring Disneyland Hotel in Section 1 of the Magic Kingdom Ballroom.
Escorts to the meeting space will be provided for attendees on June 16 & 17. Meet at the Grand Californian Lobby at 6:45am, 7:15am, or 7:45am and a guide will walk you to the meeting space.
One guide will be leading the guests, and another will be in the lobby gathering everyone to make sure they don’t miss anyone who needs directions.
For those who prefer to walk on their own, general walking directions to the meeting room are as follows:
- Head towards Downtown Disney from the Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, then turn left to start the approx. 10-minute walk to the Disneyland Hotel entrance.
- Walk through the large Mickey Sorcerer's Hat, continue past the pool on your left, and the entrance will be straight ahead. Once inside, Goofy’s Kitchen will be on the lower level, and Section 1 of the Magic Kingdom Ballroom is upstairs.
- For those who are unable to use stairs, you are welcome to use the escalator or elevator.

All pre-registered meeting attendees will receive one, $50 Disney gift card for the inconvenience - which will be handed out at the meeting registration desk.
