    The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 7, 2025 at 5pm, PST or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. After August 7, 2025 any changes to existing room reservations (names, dates, etc.) will be accepted based upon space and rate availability.

    Room rates are per night and subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38% and a daily discounted* resort fee of $35.00 plus 13.38% tax. The resort fee and tax are both subject to change.

    Rollaway beds are $50 per rollaway per night, based on hotel availability. Restrictions may apply.

    Reservation holder must be at least 21 years of age and all guests will be required to show a valid government-issued ID upon check-in. Like most hotels, Wynn Las Vegas requires a pre-authorization of $150 for each night’s stay to cover incidentals upon check-in. Should a guest not provide a credit card, the Resort will require a cash deposit of $300 per night for incidentals at the time of check-in. Please note that if a guest uses a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from the attendee’s bank account. The funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in.

    PARKING: Valet is a subject to a fee, self-parking is complimentary for hotel guests. For non-registered guests, the daily parking fee is approx. $20 per day, with the first three (3) hours free. Prices may be higher during special events. Parking fees subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received by the hotel inside of 72 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). An early departure fee will be incurred if notice is not received prior to or at check-in. Guests are considered checked-in once the registration card is signed. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) and the of remaining room nights reserved will be automatically cancelled.

Program Purpose

This continuing education program is designed for anesthesia providers seeking to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge in the field. The program aims to provide attendees with the latest updates, innovations, and practical techniques to advance their anesthesia practice. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, and discussion with faculty/peers, participants will gain valuable insights and skills to help in the provision of safe, effective anesthesia care. 

Objectives

  • Improve knowledge, competence, and utilization of the most recent evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
  • Bolster competence in the management of patients with complex co-morbidities and less common medical conditions, thereby improving patient outcomes and safety.
  • Improve skills/strategies in the use of newer equipment/technologies and improve performance within multidisciplinary protocols in order to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Increase knowledge of newer pharmacologic agents, thereby improving competence in medication management via anticipation of potential polypharmacy interactions.
  • Improve knowledge and competence in the timely recognition and management of complications during the perioperative period. By enhancing competence, patient outcomes improve by reducing complications.
  • Enhance recognition and coping strategies to mitigate the effects of workplace stressors and burnout and achieve well-being in the clinical setting.
  • Improve knowledge and competence in the provision of anesthesia care outside of the operating room.
